"Solutions" on the market today underwhelm with respect to usability and function. Consider this quote from a letter received in March 2011, by the EMS Director of a major Mid-Atlantic county, in the first Letter of Support ever received by Beyond Lucid Technologies:
"It would be nice to have a product...that is very user friendly, cost effective, paper saving and time saving so that field medics may concentrate on their patient care instead of paperwork."
